Begin Construction of Your New Home

With financing, plans, and approvals in place, it’s time for the most exciting step—construction officially begins! The process starts with site preparation and foundation work, then moves through framing, roofing, and all the stages that bring your home to life, including plumbing, electrical, insulation, drywall, and finishes.
Throughout construction, your Project Manager will provide regular updates so you always know what’s happening on-site. You’ll also be invited to attend scheduled walkthroughs at key milestones—such as framing, mechanical rough-ins, and final finishes—so you can see progress firsthand and ask questions along the way.
By staying informed and engaged during construction, you’ll feel confident that your home is being built exactly as planned, with attention to detail at every stage.
